In March 2022 we witnessed record setting prices while buyer demand persisted. More homes came on the market throughout the east bay compared 2021 however, the Tri-Valley was an exception to the increased inventory trend. Buyer demand continues to surpass inventory in Pleasanton, Dublin, Alamo, San Ramon, and Danville. However, Livermore did see an increase of (+25%) from March 2021.

- Inventory: 45 units were listed for sale, this is an increase (+22%) from March 2021. However, the numbers of homes listed in March 2022 from February 2022 had no change (0%).
- Sales:
- 96 units sold in Livermore during the month of March.
- Average days on the market was 8 days, no change from February 2022.

- On average, buyers paid 116% of list price in March. We still saw multiple offers on homes and buyer demand continues to remain high.

- Inventory: 21 units were listed for sale, this increased (+52%) from February.
- Sales:
- 43 units were sold during March, a (+34%) increase from March 2021.
- The average days on market in Dublin for the month of March was 9 days, just a one day increase from February.
