Marissa “Missy” Gancos brings a people-first approach, strong local roots, and years of hands-on experience to every real estate transaction. Raised in Livermore, Missy has witnessed the Tri-Valley’s growth firsthand, giving her valuable insight into the area’s neighborhoods and community.

She has been active in the real estate industry since 2017, with experience as both a showing agent, realtor, and a property management leasing agent. This background allows her to guide clients with confidence, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the process from start to finish.

Missy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Theatre from California State University, Northridge. Her education strengthens her communication skills and ability to advocate effectively for her clients. Known for being available, dedicated, and hardworking, Missy values honesty and authenticity and is committed to helping clients feel confident in their decision-making.
